We serve roast pork every Friday

We offer a hearty roast pork slowly roasted in a wood stove. Due to the open-flame heat in our oven the roast pork gets its characteristic flavour and its crispy touch. As a side dish we serve sauerkraut with greaves and bread dumplings.
